90s Flashback: Shooting Juke the Tiger's New Merch Drop

New Merch Drop. 90’s Vibes. Smells like Teen Spirit.

When I’m not photographing weddings or on the road with a camera in my hand, I’m usually behind a drum kit or keyboard with my band, Juke the Tiger. We just dropped a fresh batch of t-shirts, and I wanted to capture the energy of the designs with a full-on 1990s aesthetic — think gritty textures, bold light, casual poses, and a hint of vintage mall photo booth nostalgia.

We shot the whole thing like a lo-fi look leaning hard into a 1990s vibe: soft lighting, washed tones, and a garage-sale aesthetic that looks like it came straight off a VHS tape. The shoot was quick, messy, and full of laughs — exactly how a band shoot should be.

It was more than just promo shots; it was a throwback to the kind of DIY spirit that drives everything we do. quick setups, heavy attitude, lots of film-inspired edits. It was one part fashion shoot, one part creative hang. Whether you're a fan of the band or just love retro vibes, these shirts are the kind of piece you’ll want in your weekend rotation.

While I love photographing bands and making visuals that move,  my main focus is wedding photography — capturing big feelings, quiet moments, and everything in between. If you're planning a wedding in South Dakota or the Midwest, and you’re looking for candid, editorial, and authentic photography, I’d love to document it in a way that feels real, editorial, and fully you.

At Ethan Wiese Photography, I approach every wedding with an editorial eye, a candid mindset, and a deep appreciation for authentic moments. Whether it’s a glamorous celebration or a laid-back Midwest gathering, my goal is to tell your story exactly as it felt—real, emotional, and uniquely yours. Based in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, I photograph weddings throughout the region and beyond, creating work that’s personal, artistic, and built around your day—not a shot list.

When I’m not documenting love stories, I’m deep in the creative world—touring with indie bands, shooting live shows, music videos, and capturing the raw energy of the stage. I also work with brands and businesses, offering commercial photography, event coverage, and branded visual content tailored for everything from headshots to promotional campaigns.

No matter the setting, I bring the same storytelling approach and attention to detail to every frame. Whether you're planning a wedding, producing a music project, or organizing your next big event—let’s create something unforgettable. Reach out today to book your session.
