Loneliness

Music video for Juke The Tiger.

Inspired by the lyric “Solitude feels like a bubble bath, and I’m not getting out”.

Sometimes the most memorable shoots happen in the smallest spaces.

For the “Loneliness” music video, we found ourselves shoulder to shoulder in a tiny bathroom in Sioux Falls, the kind of space you’d never expect to host a music video shoot — but that was exactly the point. Cramped quarters, purple lights, bubble baths, and solo dancing became the perfect setting for this dreamy, melancholic visual.

Juke the Tiger’s track “Loneliness” is soaked in vulnerability — a smooth, indie-pop meditation on isolation and emotional disconnect. We leaned into that by building a world that felt intimate, surreal, and a little bit offbeat. The purple lighting gave the bathroom an ethereal, almost underwater tone, turning a mundane space into a glowing emotional capsule.

There’s something poetic about filming moments of solitude — singing to yourself in the mirror, dancing alone with nowhere to be — especially in a setting as ordinary as a bathroom. It felt authentic, stripped-down, and a little weird in the best way. The candid, low-key energy matched the emotional core of the song, while the lighting and framing brought a soft, editorial polish to the visuals.

The result? A visual that’s both glamorous and honest. Midwest DIY spirit, through and through.

We’re proud to have helped bring Juke the Tiger’s vision to life — even if it meant fogging up the lens with bath steam and standing on top of a toilet to get the shot.

While Ethan Wiese Photography is rooted in capturing weddings with an editorial, candid, and authentic style, my camera doesn’t stop there. When I’m not documenting weddings, I’m immersed in the music industry—photographing live concerts, touring with bands, and creating visuals that match the energy of the stage. From behind-the-scenes tour moments to full-scale music videos, I bring the same creative eye and storytelling approach to every frame.

Whether you're planning a wedding or looking to elevate your music visuals, let’s create something unforgettable—book your session today.
